Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any trekking services with Himalayan Trek Lobby. By accessing our website or booking a trek, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Booking and Registration
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the full or partial payment (as per the trek policy) is received.
Accurate information must be provided during registration. Himalayan Trek Lobby is not liable for issues arising from incorrect personal details.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment gateways.
Final payment deadlines will be specified at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
Prices are subject to change based on permits, weather, or government regulations. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
90% refund if cancelled 21+ days before the trek
50% refund if cancelled 10–20 days before the trek
No refund if cancelled less than 10 days before the trek
Cancellation by Himalayan Trek Lobby:
Full refund or credit voucher will be provided if we cancel due to weather, government regulations, or safety concerns.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Health and Safety
Trekkers are expected to be physically fit and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.
Participants must adhere to the instructions of the trek leader and guides at all times.
Himalayan Trek Lobby reserves the right to deny participation to anyone found unfit or unwilling to comply with safety protocols.
Emergency evacuation costs, if required, will be borne by the trekker unless specified otherwise in the package.
5. Assumption of Risk
Trekking involves risks including injury, illness, weather hazards, or other unforeseen events. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. We take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, but Himalayan Trek Lobby will not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages beyond our control.
6. Code of Conduct
Respect local culture, customs, and wildlife.
Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering.
Alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances are not allowed during treks.
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the trek without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Himalayan Trek Lobby and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
We collect personal data only as necessary for booking, safety, and communication purposes. Your information is handled as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers (e.g., for transport, meals, gear rentals). While we select trusted partners, Himalayan Trek Lobby is not responsible for their actions or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes agreement with the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
